What is laalo.com and who’s running it?

Laalo.com is a daily deal site run by a team of deal enthusiasts. We focus on selling cool consumer goods at prices that can’t be beat. We’ve been in the ecommerce business since 2003, and in 2010 we decided to create Laalo.com in order to add a new style to the daily deal business model. Rather than selling boring and lack luster products, which we feel is typical of most daily deal sites, we plan on selling only cool products at deeply discounted prices.

Only one item is up, what gives?

Well, that’s the general idea of the daily deal site, one deeply discounted product at a time.  I thought everyone knew that, chuckles… Essentially, every day we add a new deal and at midnight (PST) that deal will expire, and a new deal will be added for the next day.  If the deal sales out, you will see a button that says “Sold out”, until the time officially expires and a new deal is added.

It’s the middle of the day and the countdown timer is expiring soon, what gives?

On most days, the countdown timer will expire at midnight (PST), the end of the day; however, on days that it appears to be expiring earlier, it's because we are selling many deals on that day. So, on those days you will want to check back regularly.

What is the schedule for new items?

We offer new items every single day.  New deals start every morning 12 am (PST), seven days a week. So check back regularly.

I missed yesterday’s deal, can I still get it?

Sorry, but no.  Each Laalo.com deal expires at 11:59 pm PST.  However, at some later date we may offer products we had up before; however, we do not guarantee that we will. These are deeply discounted products, so supplies will be limited so act fast because you may not see the deal at that price again.

How do I contact you guys for that cool customer service stuff?

Unlike the typical daily deal site, we actually have customer service, isn’t that cool.  If you have any questions and would like to contact us, the fastest way is through our contact us page; or you can email us at, support@laalo.com, if you have basic support questions. Can I return a defective product?

You sure can. If you buy a product from Laalo.com that is not as described or defective, please bring it to our attention, via email, and we will quickly remedy the situation.  For more information on this, please see our Terms of Use section.

I changed my mind…can I return an item that is not defective?

The short answer, yes. However, restrictions do apply; please see the Terms of Use section for more details.

How do I create a laalo.com account?

Creating a Laalo.com account is very fast and simple. At the top of the site, there is a link called “Start Here”. Once you click on that link, a menu will appear. Once you fill it out that menu, you’re set.

What payment options do you have?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. When making a payment, we do require that the provided billing information be a 100% match with the information on file with your Credit Card Company or bank if you’re paying using a debit card.

What shipping options do you have?

Most orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the order value and/or the weight.

How quickly will you process my order?

We try our best to ship orders within 3 business days, but occasionally it may take 1-2 days longer depending on order volume or time of year (Holidays). However, we ask that you be patient; we promise to get your order shipped out as soon as possible.

How can I track my order?

All orders are shipped with a tracking number.

Can I see my order History online?

You sure can. You can access your order history by logging into your account. Once you have logged in, you’re “my account” link should appear and from there you can access your order history.

Why isn’t my country or province listed; do you ship internationally?

We currently do not process or ship international orders, sorry.  

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Well, that happens from time to time. If for some reason you forget your password, your password can be retrieved by clicking on the “forgot password” link at the bottom of the login menu

I would like to change my user name and/or password. How do I do that?

You can change both your username and/or password by logging into your account and accessing you’re account credentials via the “My account” link that appears when you log in. Once you’ve enter the account page, you should see the area that will allow you to change your username, as well as, the area that allows you to change your user password.

How do I change my email address?

You can change your email by logging into your account and accessing you’re account credentials via the “My account” link that appears when you log in. Once you’ve enter the account page, you should see the area that will allow you to change your email.

Where is laalo.com located?

Our headquarters are located in Seattle, Washington. If you are purchasing from Seattle Washington, there will be sales Tax.
